Parent-child affection is innate for people of all cultures; and according to a research, safety and friendly environment are the top requirements of parents when they send their children to day-care centers (Cohen C, 2009). Technological Environment The technological improvement in the educational sector is continuous and constant. Teachers of ABCLC are constantly required to pick up various new technologies from time to time and incorporate them in their teaching. This is required by the National Council of Childcare Accreditation (NCCA) so that the standards are forever maintained and improved. 3.0 Managerial Ethics Ethics are rules and principles that define right and wrong conduct (Robbins et al. 2006, p.174). Many decisions that a manager makes requires them to consider who may be affected – in terms of the results as well as the process, the decisions would be their conduct which would affect the end result (Sturdivant 1985, p.128).
